Viera Starts here!

Headquartered in the heart of town is a landmark facility known as The Home Discovery Center.  This "Gateway to Viera" offers a high-technology immersion into the town's past, present and future and is the ideal place to start the process of making Viera home.  

Visitors are able to obtain a comprehensive overview of its lifestyle features and amenities (e.g. schools, recreation, shopping, dining, places of worship, healthcare) and stroll through the mini-museum that traces the colorful history of the Duda family and the Cocoa Ranch on which Viera is built.

The HDC also has interactive site plans and town design displays showing Viera's neighborhoods, home choices (both new and resale) and upcoming development. Staffed seven days a week, there is no richer or more complete repository of information on the town.
